Our dried rose buds are perfect for making beautiful soap, bath bombs, bath tea, bath salts and more. Rose petals and buds have a light, natural scent. Great for making Valentine’s Day gifts & products!

This mixture contains a blend of rose petals and whole buds. Use the petals as an additive in soap or bath bombs. Whole buds, on the other hand, are great for decorating the top of soap or adding to potpourri and other similar products.

How to Use Dried Roses

• Put buds and petals on top of soap for decoration.
• Create a floral bath tub soak or press the petals into your bath bomb mixture for a floral bath bomb. 
• Sprinkle the petals on top of your wax melts – add just before the top layer of wax sets up.
• Make rose scented sachets by filling a muslin bag with these petals.
• Mix with Everyday Bath Tea blend to enhance your bath tea.
• Use as a botanical additive in soap and skin products.
• Make your own scented potpourri.

How to Add Fragrance

Adding oil directly to this product may cause mold and/or fungal growth. If making bath salts, we suggest adding tapioca starch or baking soda to your mixture. Once the fragrance in the mixture dries fully, blend with the rose petals.

Product Details

Our roses come from the Rosa Centifolia plant, which means “the hundred leaved rose.” Also known as the Provence Rose, this plant has a wonderful aroma with beautiful petals. This makes for the perfect dried flower, as the rose scent lingers in the dried product. Because of its pleasing aroma, this type of rose is a common ingredient for rose essential oil.

Quantity of Petals Per Pound: 1 pound = approximately 20 cups

Physical Form: Mixture of whole red rose buds and loose petals. May contain a minimal amount of rose leaves.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for best shelf life.

Best Used By: One year from date of purchase.
